Radford University righthander Shane Pysh turned in a solid start Saturday to lead the Highlanders to a 7-5 victory over Winthrop.Pysh pitched 6.1 innings to pick up the victory. He allowed seven hits and three runs, two earned, while striking out seven and walking just two.
Pysh, now 2-1 on the season, is slated to play for the Staunton Braves this summer.
