Pysh picks up victory against Winthrop
Radford University righthander Shane Pysh turned in a solid start Saturday to lead the Highlanders to a 7-5 victory over Winthrop.
Pysh pitched 6.1 innings to pick up the victory. He allowed seven hits and three runs, two earned, while striking out seven and walking just two.
Pysh, now 2-1 on the season, is slated to play for the Staunton Braves this summer.
